Rooted is a ministry that gathers once a month (Mondays, October through March). Gathering provides an opportunity for women of all ages (14+) to create community through fellowship, worship, biblical teaching, testimonies, and discussion. The evening is full of laughter and encouragement as the women of BRAC walk through life together in pursuit of understanding who God is. Will you join us?
Challenge Weekend
October 10-12th
High school students are invited to take part in a transformative weekend designed to strengthen faith, character, and resilience.
Through outdoor adventures like camping and hiking, students will be challenged spiritually, emotionally, and physically—learning how to build a faith that stands strong in the trials of everyday life.
Limited to 20 students. Application for interested students is now open.

Dedication is a special moment for families to commit to raising their children to know and follow Jesus, while the church commits to supporting them along the way. A Youth all-night event packed with high-energy, inspiring messages, and nonstop fun! Reverb kicks off with a hockey game and live rally, followed by a night of games, food, and activities—designed specifically for students to grow in faith and invite their friends. You won’t want to miss it!

Celebrate new life in Christ by being baptized. If you are a follower of Jesus and have never been baptized to publicly declare your faith, then sign up below. Please sign up by Thursday, October 30th.

This night is all about celebrating the end of summer and the start of a new school year. It’s a great time to reconnect, hang out, and welcome in the incoming 6th graders—this will likely be their first official night at youth group!
Church Leaves The Building
Church Leaves the Building is our annual day of service where we step outside the walls of Beartown Road Alliance Church to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. Instead of gathering for a typical Sunday service, we mobilize to serve our neighbors through acts of love, kindness, and practical help.

Youth Group Swap
We’re teaming up with Victory to build connection and community between our youth groups! On August 20, Victory will join us at BRAC.
The heart behind this swap is to bring our youth groups together, remind our students that we’re all part of the same Church, and support each other as we invest in the next generation.

High School Campfire Night
6-9pm | August 9th
All high school students are invited to join us for an evening of fun, food, and fellowship on Friday, August 9th from 6-9pm! We'll have dinner, games, and a special time of worship around the campfire.
Middle School Local Missions Trip
This year’s middle school missions trip will be local—we’ll be staying overnight at the church houses and serving at various locations throughout the community. It’s a great opportunity for students to grow in their faith, serve others, and build deeper connections.

We’re teaming up with Victory to build connection and community between our youth groups! On July 23, BRAC students will head to Victory for youth group, and on August 20, Victory will join us at BRAC.

Family Picnic

Bring the whole family and join us for a fun, laid-back afternoon of food, games, and connection! We’ll have picnic-style eats, outdoor activities for all ages, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. Summer Blast VBS
July 14-18 | 9am-12pm
At True North, kids will discover that they can trust Jesus in a wild world! With awesome Bible-learning experiences, hands-on science experiments, team-building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty treats, kids will hit the trail for adventure!
For ages 4 (by July1) through finishing 6th grade. True North will run from 9-noon Monday, July 14 through Friday, July 18. Sunday, July 20th we will celebrate the week during our services and have a picnic following our 10:45 service.

We want to honor all of our graduates. If you have someone graduating from College or High School this year and you want them to be recognized on June 22nd, email me a picture of your graduate at office@beartownroad.org . We don't want to leave anyone out. We know this is a busy time of year for you, but it would help us if we can get the following information by May 29.
Youth Summer BBQ

Join us during our regular youth group time for an outdoor night of fun to celebrate the end of the school year and the start of summer! We’ll have grilled hot dogs and hamburgers for dinner, play some large group games, make friendship bracelets, hang out with card games, and more.
